Lucette Bistro

Lucette is a French café-meets-bistro in the heart of Bowral, from the team behind Franquette Crêperie, together with Paris-born chef Guillaume Dubois, former Head Chef at two-hatted Monopole.

Inspired by the rhythm of Parisian all-day dining, Lucette moves from morning coffee, viennoiserie and eggs through to relaxed lunches and lively evening service. The menu pairs classic French technique with beautiful Southern Highlands produce.

Set on High Street with a terrace made for lingering over coffee, wine or an afternoon apéritif, Lucette brings a little Parisian spirit to the neighbourhood.

@lucettebistro – We wanted to share a little piece of Paris here in the Highlands and seeing Lucette come to life through the people who sit at its tables has meant everything to us. You’ve made this year the best yet and we’re so grateful.
