The Highland Woman is intentionally designed as a private membership community.
To preserve the integrity, culture and experience of the club, membership is offered through an application and approval process.
Our intention is to cultivate a respectful, values-aligned and supportive environment where authentic relationships and meaningful connection can flourish.
Applications may include member referrals or endorsements where applicable.

Scarlett Vespa
Entrepreneur, Keynote Speaker, Facilitator, Artist & Founder of The Highland Woman® Club.
After 25 years in media and advertising, directing television commercials as one of Australia’s first female directors, shaping campaigns for Disney, David Jones and Westfield, and leading broadcast at CBA, I discovered that true success lives in connection and community.
When I moved to the Southern Highlands in 2022, I finally felt a true sense of belonging and happiness. Here, I connected with an incredible community of women and even opened a shop in the Highlands Emporium on Bong Bong St, Bowral.
That experience inspired me to create something just as meaningful here in the Highlands, a connection hub built for the women I know who are looking for something engaging, creative, and supportive. I’m genuinely excited to connect you with like-minded women, activities and experiences to bring positive growth and connect you to ways that further support you and the community.
