Katie Feder Psychotherapy

So many of us have been conditioned to put the needs of others before our own, leaving little space to truly know ourselves. Over time this can lead to exhaustion, disconnection, or the sense that something vital is missing. I understand this deeply, because I’ve lived it myself through narcissistic abuse. My work is grounded in that lived experience first, alongside years of therapeutic training.

I support women who are untangling the effects of narcissism and emotional abuse, moving through burnout, or simply longing to feel more at peace within themselves. Together, we gently explore what has happened to you, how old patterns have shaped your life, and how to rebuild your confidence, boundaries, and sense of worth.

You can work with me one-to-one in therapy, join my half-day workshop Connecting to Yourself, or take part in my six-week program Rediscovering You. I also run retreats for women who are ready for deeper reflection and renewal.

My approach is compassionate, practical, and always focused on guiding you back to your own inner wisdom—so you can create a life that feels balanced, joyful, and truly your own.

“Move beyond old patterns and reclaim your life and self-trust.”

About the Founder

Katie Feder

I work with women who are ready for meaningful change in how they relate to themselves and their lives.

As a PACFA Registered Psychotherapist, I support you to find clarity, stability, and a deeper connection to yourself – especially if life has felt overwhelming, dissconnected, or shaped by difficult relational expereinces.

Together, we create space to gently explore what has been impacting you. This often includes patterns formed through trauma, burnout, self-abandoment, toxic relationships, gaslighting, and abuse at the hands of a narcissist. Understanding this is not about labelling your story – it’s about helping you make sense of it, so something new becomes possible.

Through individual therapy or group work, we focus on rebuilding your internal foundation – your sense of self, your emotional steadiness, and your ability to trust yourself deeply again.

Over time, this allows you to move through life with more clairty, self-support, and inner strength – not by becoming someone new, but by reconnecting with who you already are beneath what you’ve had to adapt to.
