Vania Primmer

Vania Primmer is the founder of Highlands Health Club and a passionate advocate for wellness, movement, and community connection. With a heart for helping others feel stronger both mentally and physically, she created a space where health goes beyond fitness — focusing on balance, confidence, and meaningful connection.

As a mother, entrepreneur, and wellness leader, Vania believes that when people learn to care for their mind and body, it naturally creates stronger relationships and healthier communities. Through Highlands Health Club, she continues to inspire women and families to prioritize self-care, movement, and connection in everyday life.
