Margherita Colley

A trusted and well-respected recruiter, Margherita is passionate about helping businesses find the right staff; she has a reputation for always going the extra mile to source the best person for the role. Boasting more than 25 years’ experience in the industry, recruiting in a range of roles—from junior clerical through to senior management—Margherita’s career in recruitment began with the Adecco Group, where she recruited for Qantas, the Commonwealth Bank, Optus, AMP and other major players. After moving into financial recruitment, Margherita was selected by Robert Half International—the largest financial recruiter worldwide—to launch their Australian division.
